Recently, J&R successfully deployed the JR211-FK-SIP anti-destructive phone and JR505-SC-SIP emergency intercom phone in a large prison in Western Europe. The two devices work together to provide 24/7, anti-destructive, and controllable voice communication for critical areas, helping to upgrade the modernization of prison communication.
Project Context
High-security level prisons in Western Europe have extremely strict requirements for communication equipment: it needs to be able to withstand intentional damage, physical impacts and water vapor intrusion, support tamper-proof and centralized control, and be adaptable to complex acoustic environments and 24-hour continuous operation. Traditional commercial phones are prone to damage and difficult to manage, and cannot meet the demands of extreme environments. Therefore, the Eastern Junke dual-model industrial phone solution was chosen.

JR211-FK-SIP Anti-Tamper Telephone
The box body is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel/cold-rolled steel. It features a full-metal keyboard (12 keys), an ABS handset with a noise-reducing microphone and 83-centimeter armored cable. It supports hearing aids (HAC), has a protection level of IP65 and IK10 anti-theft certification. It is compatible with SIP protocol, supports PoE or DC power supply, and is convenient for centralized management and remote monitoring.
JR505-SC-SIP Emergency Intercom Telephone
The body is made of 304 stainless steel, with IP55-IP65 protection level. It features noise reduction technology, a 1W speaker, LED call reminder, wall-mounted design, and a cable entry on the back that is protected against tampering. It supports hands-free operation and emergency calls.0
